Ask Microeconomics Expert

As of today, you are President of the United States. What would you do and/or change to improve the quality of life of the Rich (Upper Class) Americans that would show significant results within three years involving the Government control over International Trade, Social Insurance Programs, Income Assistance Programs, Taxes, Laws for Healthcare Industry, Laws for Insurance Industry and the Laws for Business in this country. The goal of your changes to help the rich should also result in improving the quality of life of the middle class or of the average American. Be sure to justify your changes and approach and use discussion of Economics to support your positions and arguments.

There is an argument in Economics that supporting the Rich will allow the nation to do well and the middle class will also prosper (industry growth results in the middle class having new jobs for ex). The rich can live almost any where in the world they want too and for the USA to get the benefits of their wealth, knowledge and expertise in business, you want to motivate them to live in the USA in order to increase the potential for our economic growth.
