B. Students can learn more from each other because they come from many different backgrounds.

III. Affirmative action is beneficial for women.

A. In the 1990s, men with less experience earned the same wages as females with more experience in the industry and as a result of affirmative action women are now paid equally.

B. Women can more easily get started in science based fields.

IV. Affirmative action is beneficial for minority races.

A. More extensive financial aid packages are offered to minority races for schools and universities.

B. Minority races are no longer limited to working hard labor jobs because of their race.

V. Affirmative action is beneficial for the economy.

A. Companies that hired more minorities performed 24% better in the stock market.

B. Families who receive education and jobs due to affirmative action are then able to increase the economy as opposed to taking from it.
