The sharp white neon light throughout the store additionally matches up his or her items and layout. This cleanliness and corporation with their items make the individual assume that he's inside progressive store. This makes customer believe that the products are authentic. Also, they let you use their product before buying. When you have a problem with your phone, they instantly change your phone into new one that they have. When you buy their product, all of their product are sealed. Never open. Not only their phone is guarantee but also their charger cable is guarantee to change if it is broken within one year. This makes consumer more satisfied to buy their products. Another example is that they never sell their old products in their store. The Genius Bar, where customers can receive technical advice or set up service and repair for their products. The Genius Bar provides software support for Mac OS X and hardware service on products that are not classified vintage or obsolete. The customer can come anytime to this counter when they do not understand or have a problem with their products. There is a professional technician will explain and teach you how to use their product. This is a signal to the consumer that they are buying “real” products that have been produced with care. The idea of the store being authentic is important to the customer because it makes him feel like a lot of wisdom and care has gone into the production of his product. He believes that the store has made a conscious effort to deliver to him exactly what he desires and needs.

Last but not least, the apple store gives family friendly because their employees explain the product and customer questions patiently. For example, they will choose the best product base on the customer need. They also have discount for student which means they really care about the students. Because most of the time, students always are on budget. There is a small table that display four or five iPads. That table is for the kid. They installed games on the iPad so that the kid can play the games when their parents are busy with employees. They also have the workshop for the older person or the beginner of the computer. You can get help not only going to genius bar but also from the phone. It is like parents care about their children. They also care about their customers and products. People who are going to genius bar are served by water.
