Describe the problem being solved.

Product or Service Information: Describe the product or service.

List at least three key features (tangibles) and three key benefits (intangibles)

Customer/User: Who is the target market(s)?

Competitive Advantage.

What is unique about the product/service or, if the product/service is not unique, what is its competitive advantage compared to others in the same market?
