You are the manager and you think many hours are lost at work because people are their office computers for personal during business hours. The head of IT can spyware on every computer in your department to monitor what employee does. The two VP's give you conflicting advice, however. One tells you that should install the so that the company does not waste productivity, but the other advises that respect for privacy is an important ideal, and should be over productivity. The VP's tell you that they will whatever decision you make. What are the considerations in this decision?

First, distinguish the deontological and ethical points of view, describing how they are from each other and explaining their characteristics. Then analyze how these two positions would consider the above scenario. Would each lead to the same decision or a different one?
