Your recommendation require to include at least ten social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc., and do the following:

Assume you are writing a recommendation (memo) to your CEO, who is very smart and experienced except she/he doesn't use any of the social media sites, so she/he doesn't' know how they work in general nor how they could work as a marketing tool for the company. Include in your recommendation, for each of the social media tools:

1) A brief (one paragraph) description of how the site/app tool works

2) A brief (one paragraph) description of who uses the site (most appropriate demographics, psychographics, or behavioral groupings and breakdown of those groupings if available)

3) Specific ideas of the "pitch" for each. Include what would be the things (strategic initiatives) that you would do to get prospects' attention (like pictures for the portrait studio). Include why you think that "pitch" will work.

4) How do you get prospects (people in your target market) to follow you once you have their attention?

5) How you will coordinate, and gain some economies of scale, across all the sites.

6) A flowchart of when you will do each of the strategic initiatives.

7) Estimate of cost (assume staff time costs $35/hour)
