Legal and ethical norms in business must be considered to support the aims of research, such as verification of knowledge, truth, and avoidance of error. Business ethics have become of paramount concern and are relevant to the conduct of individuals and organizations as a whole, especially with the numerous corporate scandals that have emerged in recent history

Conduct additional research on your topic/problem of interest to further understand the ethical and legal considerations you must address for a paper that is publishable. Critique these issues within the context of business administration and your selected field of specialization. Provide specific examples in your evaluation to illustrate the proper manner to address these legal and ethical concerns. You will need to ensure you have a section of your Business Research paper (Signature Assignment) that will address and identify the legal and ethical issues that might surround the problem you have identified to ensure they are properly addressed.

Support your paper with a minimum of FOUR (4) scholarly resources in addition to the required readings. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 6-7 pages not including title and reference pages
