In the 'Data Dictionary' file, consider the data to be the result of a survey involving 20 patients, from a geriatric department in a hospital to determine the levels of patient satisfaction. The information provided for each patient is given in the order indicated on the dictionary. Using the data provided, and after reading the materials given on Module 1,

(1) Enter the raw data into an SPSS file; and

(2) (a) Name the variables and (b) enter the values for each variable using the Data dictionary.

Aims of the assignment: (i) to familiarize students with data entry from external source into SPSS; (ii) to conduct data cleaning exercise; (iii) to understand the relevance of selecting the right variable type; (iv) to name and label variables

Your Task

(a) Submit a clean, clearly labeled, saved copy of the SPSS data file (ending with .sav) that resulted from (1) and (2) above; (15 points)

(b) Discuss the importance of measuring patient satisfaction to healthcare organizations.

(c) Discuss why the age and gender of patients are factors to be considered when examining the patient satisfaction of persons receiving services at a healthcare facility?

You must include at least four scholarly references to support your answers. Please use APA format.
