Understanding the general behavioral patterns of a national culture is not enough; managers need also to understand the rules of behavior within the particular organization with whom they are doing business. Developing the skills to quickly observe patterns of behaviors and gather information about expectations is critical for survival in such multicultural business environment. This is particular true in regards to understanding different organizational cultures.
