Nestle forgotten principle 7. Which is recognizes and manages risk. The CEO and the board was too joyful and blinded by their bonuses as a result Nestle had suffered a very big issue which resulting all their baby infant formula being boycott. The CEO and the Board didn't recognize the risk of developing countries condition that mothers are unable to read the necessary instructions and also poor sanitation, which can lead to babies being accidentally, fed formula with contaminated water. Nestle failed to recognize those risk. As a result of that, Nestle infant formula being boycott, share MCC went down and the worst thing was Nestle legitimacy being threatens; since that incident Nestle being called as baby killer company because a lot of baby died cause by Nestle infant formula.

Regarding the boycott. Nestle also breaking principle number 3; act ethically and responsibly. Why? Because Nestle legitimately promoting and advertising cubing mothers feed their baby using infant formula, which mean discourage mother for breast feeding.

However, after suffering years. in 2002 Nestle company come up with a system called -ombudsman system- to encourage employers to confidentially report violations of the code without fear of retribution Nestle also started to build up their legitimacy by comply with Wilt) code and create a campaign for encouraging mothers breastfeeding.

Since the boycott. Nestle was trying hard to build up and getting hack the company brand reputation, which is providing good food and create good life. Company realizes the importance of 8 principles. They start with the Principe 2; they structure the board to add value they nominated more people from economic expert to sit in the board. They want to show society they are now consistent with their legitimacy to create a good life.

According to Nestle company 2014 annual report. Nestle Company has represented their report faithfully. The report is more reliable and consistent and also comparable each year. In order to manage risks. Nestle has using Key Performance Indicator, which comply with GRI G4 guidelines.
