The assigned reading in this unit included useful information regarding pretest activities that are designed to support those engaged in the testing and to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page in terms of what to expect. Write a short paper that applies these concepts to the project organization and demonstrates how they will relate to the project environment. Include the following information your paper:

• Details of the schedule and test plan covered in the reading.
• The deliverables that will be provided at the end of the testing process.
• The roles and tools that will be used to manage the testing process and phases.
• An itemized checklist of activities that will be included in the testing phase.

The primary way in which security policies fail is in not communicating, or ensuring that staff know and follow, the security policy. Write a short paper that addresses the following:
