Main Objective
The main objective of this study was to investigate the factors that contribute to high staff turnover in the cleaning services industry.

These are:
1. To Find out the qualifications of employee and its effect on labour turnover
2. To find out if the attitudes of the employees towards the job contributes to labour turnover in the cleaning services industry
3. To find out if the compensation or remuneration extended to the employees influences labour turnover
4. To identify if the management styles used in these organizations has any influence on labour turnover.

The research sought to tackle the following questions:

4. What impact does the management style used in the organization has on labour turnover?
