please please ask the writer to follow the instruction strictly , it should be according to the previous assignment i sent (the proposal). the literature review should be written in the topic i did in previous assignment. and please ask him/her to use proper english. This will consist of developing a comprehensive literature review chapter for the business research proposal. You will have to identify a business research topic, describe the literature on the research topic and provide hypotheses based on the literature for the research questions.

Literature Review

Online shopping means a buyer must be able to buy online and pay, getting the goods delivery at desired place, and this process being not followed we cannot call it online shopping, for this every shopping portals required to provide online payment and delivery system. In context of Nepal, online payment option is the major barriers remain in development of ecommerce business. The major difficulties found in development of ecommerce in Nepal is less development banking facilities, lack of technology use, the number of users using the internet has been estimated around 63000 in the report of Internet World Statistics, 2011and majority of them staying in Kathmandu Valley.

The development of ecommerce in a developing nation mostly depend on the number of users of internet, the quality of product and services being offered by companies of Nepal, the development of web portals and development of application usage, the bandwidth available in the using of internet. In the context of current scenario we cannot say that the ecommerce development have cross the market of off line business market and still there is time to make efforts in this direction by Nepal.

Research Questions

With this research proposal we are trying to answer the following questions:

- What are the factors affecting to development of ecommerce in a developing nation?
- The major benefits and limitation of adopting of ecommerce by a developing nation.
- What are the perceptions of global companies to come in Nepal for ecommerce?
- Challenges found by companies any expansion of business via online.
- What is the current trend of business in Nepal?
