I have another coursework piece. It has a word limit up to 3000 words.

Out of the 3 questions you have an option to choose 1 out of 3 . The subject this coursework is based on is 'Economics of Organisational Management'.

The questions are as follows:

1. Because education is a fundamental element of our societies, many attempts have been made to increase the quality of teaching in primary and secondary schools. One of the ways in which this might be accomplished is by redesigning the compensation schemes of teachers. Describe some of the proposals that have been made in recent years and discuss the factors that may affect the choice of an optimal compensation plan (i.e. one that maximises the teachers' effort).

2. In many countries, individuals have the right not to be discriminated against on the basis of a number of personal characteristics. Yet, in spite of the existing protection regulations and laws, discrimination is still alleged to occur, even in the workplace.

Discuss how discrimination affects efficiency within organisations, with special emphasis on LGBT issues. Also discuss why we might observe discrimination, given the efficiency implications highlighted in the literature.

3. Any other topic approved by the course supervisor.

If you could kindly show these 3 questions to one of your experts and let them decide which question would easy for them to do to get 70% plus.

Question 3 would be ideal for them as they can choose any topic they want.
