I am attaching a spreadsheet. Please complete financials for three years where the first year has to be monthly. Clear all the numbers and input new ones based on the following numbers here and do your research to provide realistic numbers and projections. Years are 2016, 2017, 2018.

It is a weekly grocery subscription based in Toronto. I have those costs:

• Two delivery trucks: $35,000

• Package: 2.51

• First 6 months salary: 10,000 - but then please increase the salary reasonably as the business grows. First 6 months us the owners will make the delivery of the grocery, but then we will hire drivers based on demand, so include that as cost, follow minimum wage in Ontario.

• Website fee: $200 annually

• Search engine optimisation: $450 monthly

• Research all related costs and include

Capital will be raised by 5 partners pitching in $20,000 each for a total of 100,000 and 5 partners taking personal loan at $10,000 each for total of 50,000. Total capital is $150,000

Grocery basket subscription would be priced at $125 weekly. We need a profit margin of 35% so total costs should account for around 80 per basket.

Sale projections:

Month #1: 30 - 40 customers

o #2: 40-60 customers

o #3: 60- 80 Customers

o #4: 80-100 customers

o #5: 100-120 customers

o #6: 120 -140 customers

o #7: 140- 180 customers

o #8: 180 - 220 customers

o #9: 220 - 260 customers

o #10-12: 300 - 360

• Year 2 estimate: 900 - 1000

• Year 3 estimate: 1300- 2000 or more customers
