Fast forward five years and you are the proud owner of Healthy Child, LLC. Health Child is a store with seven locations throughout Georgia which sells healthy child products ranging from clothing to toys to food items. One of your hottest selling items is JUICE PACK a six pack of different types of apple, cranberry and grape juices. You sell over $5,000,000 worth of JUICEPACKS a year so when Consumer Reports broke a news story on arsenic in apple juice, you took notice. What laws does it violate if your apple juice supplier has over the allowable limit of arsenic? Should you be worried as a business person selling this product? WHY? What can you do as business person to handle this situation? What can you do as a citizen? For this last question, I want a specific strategy for change.
