2. Critical Thinking
As part of the paper, after answering the questions posed in #2 above, think about what the author Seligman states in Chapters 1 through 6 and Chapter 10 and respond to these critical thinking questions. I have deliberately formulated the questions to be as open-ended as possible, in order to have you think outside ot the boxes that traditional education forces you to think in.
- Do you agree with Seligman's position on the importance of Well-being?
- Do you agree that PERMA is what will make you happy?
- Will your answers to the above two questions make you change your current life goals?
- Do you believe that each of us can increase our Well-being?
- Do you think that Well-being should be the goal of public policy
- Do you think we should adopt a program of increasing Well-being in the world as opposed to increasing GDP?
- Do you care about increasing the Well-being of the rest of the world?
