For example, certain hand gestures in other countries are interpreted as a sign of disrespect, compared to how we interpret in the U.S. So if you send an emoji with a specific hand gesture, it may be offensive. The Way-forward section should discuss how you plan to implement the recommendation into the company. What protocol you'll exercise for the company not to use this form of communication, and how you'll notify the organization of the alteration (new implementation).
