1. Select a process (a set of specified steps to accomplish a task) used at your place of work or in your interaction with a business that you would like to see improved.

2. Explain why you picked that process. Explain how you would go about improving it. Who should be involved with you? What are some of the questions you should ask about the current process? (list at least two) How will you know if the process was actually improved

3. List three (3) inputs to the process (data needed to perform the process) and 3 outputs of the process (information that result from the process),
