Assignment writing is a common practice in colleges and universities. It gives evaluators a chance to check the level of understanding and knowledge among its students. Productive assignment writing requires a lot of hard work, dedication and research. One must follow certain strategies to scribe his assignment and put words in such articulate ways that it reflects the intention and motive of the writer. The essay should be well structured, based on case studies, reflective and referenced from several reliable books and journals. It is no less to say assignment writings are sometimes nightmares to students, and easy writing tips regarding certain topics are hard to find.

The first stage is the homework stage. It includes planning and writing the brief points of the given assignment in some rough work area. If possible, one must have a practical experience of the assignment topic.  For example, if the assignment topics are - Day to day business of White House, one must book a flight ticket to Washington DC and visit the President's office as visiting guest. It will give much more points to write on practical experience. Note down the brief points to be mentioned in the introduction; points are the main body with relevant supporting examples and the points to be mentioned in conclusion part.

The second stage is writing the introduction. For any assignment, the introductions are one of the important parts.  An excellent introduction absorbs the interest of the reader and motivates him or her to read further down the essay. An introduction is like a packaging of a product. A customer will buy the product only it finds it appealing. An introduction outlines what the assignment topic is about and keeps the reader guessing in what is about to upcoming next. An introduction should set the tone of the passage, briefly, outlines the topic and the scopes of the discussion. One must also bear in mind that the introduction should not be too long. Otherwise, it renders ideas repetitive and the reader loses interest in the topic.

The third stage is the body of the essay or the discussion. One must set ahead in the discussion point by point. Break the discussion into multiple number points and start in number points such as firstly, secondly, and so on. It has many advantages. It tells the reader the point of beginning of your discussion and the main idea around your given points. It also clearly marks the transition from one point to another and leaves the reader in no confusion that if the following paragraphs are related to new discussion ideas or in continuation of the previous.

One must put his heart and mind while writing the discussion part of the essay. One must be original and should have brainstormed topics and provide relevant points to support the central idea of the essay.  The discussed points must be in logical order and must bear relevance to each other. One must also check for correct usage of grammar and spelling mistakes. For spell check or grammar, one can use any standard software tool or can use Microsoft word to type his essay. Many times incorrect grammar and spelling mistakes render opposite meaning and the message conveyed to the reader is also not very clear.

If one disagrees with the central topic, one must provide enough practical references to prove his given points. One must be careful with the selection of chosen words as it should not hurt the sentiments of the readers.

Like great writer William Shakespeare had once said, "It all well that ends well". The fourth stage is the conclusion part. This part is equally important as the whole essay. One must close all the discussed points to the proper conclusion. Briefly, summarise the major discussion points already discussed in the essays. One should avoid giving new information in the conclusion part as it will confuse the readers. One must not keep any discussed point open-ended. But one can ask the reader few open-ended questions to think upon after they finished reading the passage.  The conclusion should not be very large as it then tends to be repetitive and the reader loses his interest. The conclusion of any essay should not be more than 10-15 lines.

Last part is the references. One must explicitly mention the references they have taken to write this assignment. References from reliable sources such an acclaimed thesis, standard books from libraries, or references from the published work of a researcher give the reader a sense of guarantee that whatever he has read and learnt from reading the essay is verified and authentic. It also shows the level of preparedness the writer has undergone to scribe this essay.

Good assignment writers are welcome in every sphere of the business world. Let it be writing a statement of work, business proposal document or any business agreement, skills developed in writing well contented structured essays will always propel oneself ahead in his career.
