Q 1. Catholic Church covers the church members with unity, making them a one thing giving it the symbol of the umbrella. The church brings unity to the people through teachings of working as a term. Also, through the activities of the church, for example, the dances and music people work together. Also, Catholic Church by the use of leaders like the Pope brings the believers together, those who believe in the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.

Institution

This is the model that forms the institutional components of the church, for example, doctrines, congregation and the scriptures. Also, this is the model that cannot be used as the beginning foundations of a person's view of the church.

Mystical communion

This model insists on spirituality, community and fellowshipping, whichare the individuals who make up the church and the association they have with God.

Sacrament

This model shows the Christians that the presence of Christ is still there around the globe.

Q 3. The change I would work on is in politics. I currently do not like how politics determine how the people live. The change would be ensuring that the politicians do not misuse some citizens, especially the young people in creating chaos as they fight their opponents.

Q 4. Jesus and the Church being fundamental sacraments means that the two depend on one another since through sacrament, Jesus remains with his people and the sacrament is offered to church.

• Sign in the sacrament is an indication of something that is sacred.
• Instituted by Christ means that it origins from Jesus Christ
• To give grace means that the purpose of the sacrament to offer mercy or grace unto the believers.

The doctrine of transubstantiation means changing of a substance whereby the bread and wine are given during sacrament of the Eucharist example during mass where they represent the body and blood of Christ.
